HANDPLANES
Our shop is not limited to just hollow wood boards, we build a lot of other surf-related products using many of our off-cuts and scraps from boardbuilding.
Our handplanes are intended as body-surfing aids, allowing you to get into waves sooner, have more control going down the line and maximize fun. These little boards are solid wood, coated in epoxy for durability and structure, and have various types of hand straps/handles. All of the hardware we use is brass, and the neoprene straps/covers are made of scraps from a local wetsuit manufacturer. We love to make custom ones, and collaborate on new ideas.
